Is the design concept really free?
Yes. The AI design concept and the initial estimate are free, with no obligation to book us.
Will my room look exactly like the AI design?
No, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The concept sets the direction. Before any work starts, we check the materials, measurements and whether each idea is technically possible, and agree everything with you.
How do you work out the estimate?
We look at the specific work involved, the condition of the room, your finish level and how complex the job is. It’s a guide. The final written quote follows a site visit.
Can I buy the materials myself?
Yes. Mention it in your brief and we’ll price the work only.
Which areas do you cover?
Newcastle, Gateshead, North and South Tyneside, Sunderland, Durham, Chester-le-Street and nearby towns. Fully insured.
